The View, Whitsand Bay

The View at Whitsand Bay is located in dramatic position on the Rame Peninsular and affords stunning sea and coastal views. Trawlers is located on the quay in East Looe and regarded as one of the finest seafood restaurants in Cornwall. Polperro

Neville's

This small cosy family restaurant, run by Neville and his team, offers a great family dining atmosphere. Open for lunch and dinner. Local fish are excellently prepared - the seafood platter is an absolute winner! Neville is very accommodating to children, though due to the size of the restaurant, pushchairs are not allowed inside. Dogs on leads are welcome. For reservations call 01503 272 459.

House on Props

The House on the Props serves superb English Breakfasts, light lunches and afternoon teas. In the evening it transforms in to a cosy, traditional restaurant.
The dining area is full of historic interest and nautical and smuggling memorabilia and the menus consist of a wide range of locally sourced produce and some exciting fish dishes all dependant on that days local catch... food really doesn’t get much fresher. The beams and masts in the ‘Props’ restaurant came from the Maverine which foundered in circa 1700 and the building is often referred to as 'the house on stilts' because of its unique design. Cottage Restaurant

After a relaxing day return to a satisfying meal in the Cottage Restaurant Polperro. Our family run licensed restaurant has been recommended by 'Which Hotel guide'. Local fish is listed on the blackboard, and could include Lobster, Crab, Dover Sole, Brill, Turbot, Skate or Bass, the aim is to have about 8 varieties available. Polmary Restaurant

Situated on The Coombes, just up from the harbour, The Polmary Restaurant offers extensive daytime and evening menus in an informal atmosphere. Relax in the sunshine on the terrace beneath our glorious wisteria and enjoy a simple cream tea, a freshly-made sandwich or baguette or a leisurely lunch of the finest locally caught fish and seafood. Or join us in the evening and sample our full a la carte menu specialising in prime West Country steaks, duck and venison, fish of the day such as brill, lemon sole, turbot, bass and halibut and sumptuous local seafood such as scallops, mussels and crab claws. Nelsons

One of the longest established restaurants in Polperro, Nelsons offers a fine dining experience with excellent service, delicious food and fine wines. There is a table d’hote menu, a full a la carte and shellfish and fish are house specialities and they are also able to cater for vegeterians and those restricted to a gluten free diet too. The restaurant is opening for coffee and light meals during the day and is closed on Mondays. Please note that due to comfort of all guests pushchairs are not allowed into the restaurant.Captain Nemo’s Pub & Grill which is located underneath the main restaurant is open during the summer months. The menu is simpler than the restaurant but again the food is excellent. No under 18’s are allowed into Nemo’s.

The restaurant itself is an amalgam of Cornish old world charm and sophisticated Macintosh influenced modern furniture with wood burning style stoves. The Blue Peter

The Blue Peter is a Free House located on the quayside with harbour and sea views. ‘The Blue’ is a favourite with locals and visitors alike due to its most welcoming atmosphere, superb selection of local and guest ales and freshly prepared lunchtime and evening food using only the finest local ingredients all year round. The Blue offers a great selection of live music over the weekends and a log fire in the winter to warm you through after those wild cliff walks.
